If you are over 70 then Cosyseal will be able to access a government grant for you which may cover the full cost. The grant for the over 70’s is subject to survey and will depend on the size of your house. If you have a small to medium sized house, you should be fine and the grant will cover the full cost. However, if you have a large house, then you may have to pay a little towards the full cost. We can assess this with a FREE survey.
